UK
In recent years Giron has acquired a portfolio of properties in the UK, which are rented on long-term leases to blue chip companies such as NCR Scotland and NCP.

NCP: Giron owns 8% of land leased to National Car Parks (NCP), which has approximately 130 car parks around Britain with an annual rental in excess of £40 million, increasing 2.7% annually for 33 years.

Warsaw: A subsidiary, IIC, is developing a major commercial center in the Polish capital. The first phase, a 20,000 square meter store, has been sold to French DIY chain Leroy Merlin. The company has currently finished building a 13,000 square meters commercial center, which are all rented.
