Annette Resch has been the Personal Assistant to Ziel Feldman since 2004.Prior to her tenure with Mr. Feldman, she was the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of Bergdorf Goodman, the President of Performance Strategies, Ltd., and the Vice President of Combustion Equipment Associates, Inc. Outside of the office, Ms. Resch is a member of the Rockland County Civic Association, a former co-host of a Rockland County Radio Show, Vice President of the PTA responsible for fundraising and event planning, and a Girl Scout Leader.

Dave Kane

David Kane joined HFZ Capital Group in 2007 as an acquisitions analyst and development project manager. In this dual role he has guided a major mixed use project in San Francisco through acquisition, design and entitlement, while underwriting a steady stream of potential new acquisition opportunities. Dave is currently involved in the structuring and execution of HFZ's bulk-REO investment initiative. Dave came to HFZ from Colgate Development, where he oversaw the asset management of more than $500 million in new residential development in Manhattan on behalf of The Carlyle Group. He holds master's degrees from Harvard University (Ed.M.) and Columbia University (MRED)

Sanford M. Gordon, CPA
Mr. Gordon has 27 years of financial experience in the role of controller,and has spent the last five years at HFZ in a similar capacity, preparing cash flow and financial statements. He is a member of the AICPA and NY State Society of CPAs. In addition he has a BS and MBA in Accounting. For 17 years he was an adjunct Professor of Accounting at Pace University and the College of Insurance.

Page Leidy

Mr. Leidy joined HFZ Capital Group in 2007 as a Development Associate and Project Manager. Within this role he's involved in all facets of development and investment underwriting, including: asset selection, strategy, financial analysis, asset management, and investment due diligence. Prior to joining HFZ, Mr. Leidy was a Performance Measurement Associate with Barclays Global Investors in San Francisco. Mr. Leidy is also a principal and director of Emerald Opportunities, LLC, a family owned real estate development and investment company with various holdings throughout the North Eastern region of the U.S. Mr. Leidy holds a masters degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU.
