Ziel Feldman - Chairman of the Board

Mr. Feldman is Chairman of Polar Investments Ltd. and the company's major shareholder. In this role, he provides the overall strategic guidance for Polar. With 20 years of experience in real estate investments, management and operations, Mr. Feldman brings a wealth of U.S. and international experience to the company. Mr. Feldman has direct hands-on experience in the acquisition, financing, operation, renovation and marketing of residential and commercial real estate. In 1991, he co-founded Property Markets Group, Inc. (PMG), a full-service real estate firm. Through his extensive network of real estate professionals, he has owned and was personally involved in managing and developing assets valued at 4$ billion. Mr. Feldman graduated from Queens College with a B.A. in Economics and Accounting, and holds a Law degree from Cardozo Law School.

Avi Roichman


 

Serving as general managing and a major shareholder in Giron Development & Building Ltd. Mr. Roichman has a long term experience in development, marketing and financing of commercial projects in Israel and European markets. Mr. Roichman is a University of Southern California graduate in Business Administration.

Uri Shani -  CEO
 
Mr. Shani has vast management experience in the fields of real estate and capital markets and over the years he served a number of key roles in the  international economy and in Israeli economy and politics.
 
Prior to his employment at Polar mr. shani was:
2008-2009 Founder and Managing Partner GIDEON Active Debt Management.
CEO and Partner AGB holding company which its activities are in Israel, Russia, Central Europe and the United States. The group has business activity in the following divisions: real estate, energy, food and brokerage.
 
2005-2008 CEO of Shikun & Binuy Arison Group .Ltd,the largest international infrastructure and real estate Company in Israel.
 
2002-2005  CEO Shikun Ovdim Ltd, the development arm of the Shikun & Binuy. Ltd, Israel’s largest real estate developer.
 
2000-2002  Chief of Staff Prime Minister's Bureau, Mr. Shani was appointed as the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister’s Office during Ariel Sharon’s first tenure as Prime Minister.  In addition to leading the team lobbying for the election of Ariel Sharon for Chairman of the Likud and, later on, for Prime Minister. Mr. Shani headed twice the negotiation team for Prim minister Sharon and successfully formed strong coalition of two governments.

Pnina Bitterman-Cohen - General Counsel

 

Ms. Bitterman-Cohen serves as vice president (since 1996), company secretary (since 1989) and legal advisor (since 1987) of Polar Investments Ltd.

Prior to her employment at Polar, Bitterman-Cohen worked as an attorney in a private law office.

Mrs. Bitterman-Cohen has vast experience in the field of commercial law, particularly in financial markets and corporate law. She also serves on the directorate of a number of leading companies in Israel.

 

Mrs. Bitterman-Cohen holds an LLB law degree from the Tel-Aviv University.

Amalia Paz - Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Paz brings to her position as CFO of Polar her vast experience in the financial management of multinational, publicly-listed companies in Israel and abroad, as well as M&A activities.

 

Prior to her position as CFO, Ms. Paz served as Global Financial Manager for Vishay Transducers, a business unit of Vishay, a multinational conglomerate traded on the NYSE. Before Vishay, Ms. Paz served as CFO of Tadea Technological Development and Automation Ltd., a global industrial company traded on the TASE. 

Mrs. Paz is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from the Ben-Gurion University.

Dubi Weiss

As CEO of Polar Investments Ltd., Mr. Weiss is responsible for the company’s overall management, with a specific focus on global real estate development. With 20 years of experience in real estate development, tourism and hospitality, Mr. Weiss has brought a unique understanding of construction, real estate sales and management business to the company. Mr. Weiss has been with Polar Investments Ltd. for nearly 10 years and is also a Director of Polar Investments Ltd.

 

In addition, Mr. Weiss serves as CEO of a Polar Investment Ltd. subsidiary: Polar Real Estate-International. He is presently CEO of Polaris Real Estate Marketing, Chairman of the Board of Directors of RCI Israel, Managing Director of FD Herald Towers LLC and Managing Director of FD Properties. Previously, Mr. Weiss served as marketing manager for Azorim Construction Ltd., and a project developer and advisor in real estate, timesharing and fractional interest projects for companies such as Azorim and the Sheraton-Moriah hotel chain.

 

Mr. Weiss holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University, and an EMBA from Kellogg Recanati University. He is also a licensed real estate broker.

Yehuda Wilk

1971-1994: Israeli National Police. Retired as the Commander of the district of Jerusalem.

1994–1997: CEO of AVNER, the insurance organization of vehicle injured.

1998-2000: Commissioner of the Israeli National Police.

2001: CEO of Derech-Eretz Highways Management Corporation Ltd., the Operator of the Cross Israel Highway.
