 Ziel Feldman - Chairman of the Board
Mr. Feldman is Chairman of Polar Investments Ltd. and the company's major shareholder. In this role, he provides the overall strategic guidance for Polar. With 20 years of experience in real estate investments, management and operations, Mr. Feldman brings a wealth of U.S. and international experience to the company. Mr. Feldman has direct hands-on experience in the acquisition, financing, operation, renovation and marketing of residential and commercial real estate. In 1991, he co-founded Property Markets Group, Inc. (PMG), a full-service real estate firm. Through his extensive network of real estate professionals, he has owned and was personally involved in managing and developing assets valued at 4$ billion. Mr. Feldman graduated from Queens College with a B.A. in Economics and Accounting, and holds a Law degree from Cardozo Law School.

 Avi Roichman
Serving as general managing and a major shareholder in Giron Development & Building Ltd. Mr. Roichman has a long term experience in development, marketing and financing of commercial projects in Israel and European markets. Mr. Roichman is a University of Southern California graduate in Business Administration.

 Dr. Arie Ovadia
Has a degree in accounting and economics awarded by Tel Aviv University, and a graduate degree in business administration awarded by Tel Aviv University. He has a PhD in economics awarded by the University of Pennsylvania, USA. He has served as a professor at the College of Administration, at the School of Business Administration of Tel Aviv University, and the Israel Institute of Management, and the Open University. He has served as an associate professor in the accounting track of Temple University, Philadelphia, USA. He has also served as a guest professor at the accounting track of New York University, USA. He is a professor and researcher in the areas of economics and finance, and accounting, and also functions as a corporate advisor on accounting, taxes, financial management and investment.
During 1982-1986, he served as a member of the Plenary of the Securities Authority and in March 1997 was appointed member of the Committee of Accounting Standards in Israel.
In addition, Mr. Ovadiah serves as a director on the boards of several companies including Israel Discount Bank Ltd, Tadiran Communications Ltd, Elite Industries Ltd, and in the past – Koor Industries Ltd. He has also served as the chairman of the Phoenix between 2003 until mid-2006.

 Major General (Res) Doron Almog
Is a university graduate and is qualified in business management. Mr. Almog serves as Chairman of the directorate of AGS, ATHLONE GLOBAL SECURITY INC. and also as Honorary Chairman of Ella the Negev Rehabilitation Village for the Mentally Handicapped. In addition Mr. Almog is an entrepreneur and businessman. These functions and his qualifications give him the expertise and understanding that enables him to profoundly understand the financial statements of the company and to put up for the agenda of the directorate, issues and questions concerning the company's financial reporting.

 Ayelet Nahmias-Verbin
Ayelet Nahmias-Verbin, Adv.
Ms. Nahmias-Verbin is a professional director and a senior consultant on Corporate Governance, Ms. Nahmias-Verbin is currently serving on several major boards In Israel among which are: DS provident funds (Audit committee Chairman and member in the Investment committee), Ace Auto Depot (Chairman of the Audit committee and member in the financial committee), Kanat (a governmental agricultural insurance company), Tel Aviv economic development Authority and several others.
Ms. Nahmias is also involved in academic training for directors in several management schools in Israel.
Ms. Nahmias-Verbin is also active in the public arena and served on several ernmental committees.

 Dubi Weiss
20 years of experience in real estate development, tourism and hospitality, Mr. Weiss has brought a unique understanding of construction, real estate sales and management business to the company. Mr. Weiss has been with Polar Investments Ltd. for nearly 10 years and is also a Director of Polar Investments Ltd. In addition, Mr. Weiss serves as CEO of the subsidiary Polar International Real Estate (1997) Ltd. as well as CEO of Polaris Real Estate Marketing, Chairman of the Board of Directors of RCI Israel, Managing Director of FD Herald Towers LLC and Managing Director of FD Properties. Previously, Mr. Weiss served as marketing manager for Azorim Construction Ltd., and a project developer and advisor in real estate, timesharing and fractional interest projects for companies such as Azorim and the Sheraton-Moriah hotel chain. Mr. Weiss holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University, and an EMBA from Kellogg Recanati University.
