Giron Development and Construction ltd- 33.6%

• A public company, traded in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
• Initiates Real Estate projects in Israel and Europe, rents and manages them directly or via acquired companies

Leader Holdings & Investments- 9.9%

• A public company, traded in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
  Singed an agreement to sell all its holdings in Polar to F.D. Group till December 2009

 
F.D. Group and Giron have singed a sharholders agreement, mainly with regards to the
appointment of directors.
